Travelling to KC Area This Weekend

Postby Ken Miner » Fri Apr 11, 2014 1:28 pm

Jim, I performed some market research for you today. I've confirmed that LC's burnt ends are authentic burnt ends (not cubed brisket) and delicious. You're welcome.
I don't always drink beer, but when I do, I usually show up, shirtless on the TV show, "Cops". Stay thirsty my friends.

If you'd like some guidance on the routes and "hard to see" lines I'll be out at Landahl about 12:30 ish. I'm rolling solo tomorrow so it would be no bother.

McCoys

Cowboy wings, pizza, and brisket.

Beer.

Good.

Can't imagine a better start to the weekend.

Whoa dude!

We don't even know what hotel we're staying at yet!!

At this point, we're thinking 10ish.

If it hasn't been made clear, a rigid schedule is not something we're trying to adhere to this weekend. ;-)

If you plan to ride with us, just make sure your cooler is full of beer.

Well, up and moving much earlier than expected.

Outside of Jerry's Cafe waiting for some tender vittles. Any chance we can score frog legs this early in the morning?! ;-)

It's a beautful day!

What an amazing day.

Rode every trail at Landahl, scored burnt ends at LCs for a late lunch, then shredded Swope.

ERTA has done an amazing job with the trails in this area, bravo.

Back home in D-port. It was awesome to get back to the KC area. I'm really hoping to make another trip there this year. Nice work ERTA. Nice work.
