"Well, I been spending all my money on weed n' pills
Trying to write a song that'll pay the bills
But it ain't came yet so I guess I'll have to rob a bank

I guess it could be worse it ain't that bad
At least I ain't sitting in old Baghdad
in the middle of the hot damn desert sitting in a tank "

That is country music. Notice the absence of Dixie cups and tight blue jeans.

When has country music been about weed and pills? And no talk of a truck? Country road? Line dancing? Dead dog? Nope, not country.
UNOFFICIAL SLOWEST RIDER OF '11 & '12.
SLOWEST REGULAR RIDER OF '13, '14, '15 and beyond I'm sure.
Bought a fat bike to hold the record...

downloaded on itunes months ago...someone sent me a link to a song...thanks to modern technology I had the entire album downloaded in a few minutes..no waiting

...so modern the method for an old sound.

Willie and Johnny's dogs died in so many ways.

Line dancing isn't county music. It's bullshit pope music for people in boots.

Sturgill is legit.

For scale. It's a CD, not an LP.

I thought it was just to illustrate how the living room cut pile carpet coordinates and closely resembles that of digital desert camo. Bigger question would be did he use a tactical flashlight for the dramatic lighting or just lay the end table lamp down on its side?
