Small change at Krug Park. Just before decking the new bridge, Randy Tracy suggested rerouting the trail after it. I had already scouted the area and happily agreed. The temporary connection to the old trail is no more, as I benched that area yesterday. Today, its done.

I was surprised myself. The big nasty split right over town. Krug got just shy of 0.3"
I had to get out on the dirt to verify it. Didn't have time to ride though.

The plank crossing that we put in after the flash flood in July has been replaced with a bridge. It's nothing special and probably won't survive the next flash flood, but there's no need to dismount now. All bridges have been repaired or replaced! I just need to get down there with a shovel and blend the transitions.

All St. Joseph trail maps are at mtbproject.com except Sunbridge Hills. If you don't want to mess with downloading GPS files and printing maps with descriptions, new signs are going up at Krug Park. No more guessing.

Holiday lights being installed. You will very likely to have to park at the bottom of the hill and ride up to the trail.

I should have known it was going to be like this, partly because every other trail system is closed, but I ignored my gut because it was my day off, the trail status said "open" and I wanted to ride.

I wasted two hours of drive time. Trails are wet and should never have been opened. :| :x

Yea, sorry. I don't check the trails on weekends and I received some misleading info.

Krug, Sunbridge Hills, Corby South are damn near perfect. The other trails, overall, should be by now.

There has been a change at Krug. The actual 6.4 mile loop is unchanged. However, there is a small advanced level off-shoot immediately after the opening descent. In the field, after the opening descent, one goes a bit uphill (to the left) to enter the trees on the other side to ride the loop. If you go to the most obvious route on the other side, you will hit this new steep line. It's REALLY short and the return route is a mix of existing and old trails. It is incredibly confusing for anyone unfamiliar with the trail. The people responsible for it are supposed to be putting up signs. But they haven't done it, yet, despite opening the line already. This is the only heads up. Sorry for any confusion.
